Spring Walking

I I went for a walk one Saturday in February with my youngest son down on the river bank. I was nearly dead and had just walked from the parking lot down a hill and to the side of the revine. Huffing and puffing I turned and went back. I asked my son if he would walk with me and help me get into better shape. He agreed and I started walking a couple of times with both my kids and when my Dear Husband could we all walked together.
My Goal was to get to the bridge and back in 20 minutes by summer. I set that goal on March 11, 2008. yesterday I walked with DH for 29-30 minutes I was very pleased with myself.
This is how close I got yesterday! Yeheh I am Strong!!!!! Iam invincable!!
I am Woman!!!!!
I made it there today. My DH and I forgot the cell phone and his watch so I don't know how long it took to get there but I was in the car in 47 minutes. Time included a sit down on one of the benches so I know there is room for improvement yet. If I can do this in 10 days I know that there is hope for me yet...

Wow! What a beautiful place to live. I know I could use some getting into shape as well. Have to keep up with the kids, right? LOL
